Privacy Statement

In accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (AVG), my practice has a privacy statement. This applies to the processing of personal data.

I am an alternative and paranormal practitioner, I make every effort to protect the privacy of your data.

The purpose of your data

Your contact information such as name, email address, phone number and Skype name, I need in order to do my work.

Without these data I cannot give any consultations.

Privacy of the consultation and your data

Everything we discuss via Skype remains between us and is protected by Skype’s privacy agreements that we have said “yes” to, as users of that service.

Everything discussed during a consultation stays with me. Data is not shared with third parties.

I do not store information about consultations, neither on the computer nor on paper.

Emails are deleted after the consultation. I do not store emails!

Photos I use during my consultations are deleted after the consultation. I do not keep photos!

On the given email address I will occasionally send a newsletter, to share new developments in my practice and to share Spiritual and Paranormal facts.

If you do not want this then you can indicate this by email.

If you do not want me to keep your information such as name, email address, phone number and Skype name, please let me know by email and I will remove them from my file.

No audio recording!

No audio recordings will be made of the conversations between me and you, neither by you nor by me. In this both parties respect each other’s privacy.
